Here is what to expect after you place an order and what to do if something is not right.
Returns
Unused physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us before sending an item back.
Damaged orders
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
Consultations
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Completed consultations are not returnable.
